Our venue is best sized for gatherings of 50 guests or less.

Of course! This is your party and we want it to be perfect!


We often schedule multiple parties in one day. To ensure all parties will enter a cleaned facility and have proper set up time, we cannot add on time.


We require a deposit to hold your party date and time.  The amount will be 25% of your total rental fee. This deposit is non-refundable as we hold your date and time for you, but can be applied to a different date if the need to change arises.


All deposits and payments are non-refundable as stated in our contract. We require a 10 day notice of change of date, unless the guest of honor is sick. In this case, we will do our best to reschedule you as soon as possible. All payments can be used towards a future event at Seminole Social.
